About UsEastside Christian School is a small school that developed out of the desire of parents for a Christ-centered and distinctively Reformed Christian school on the east side of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Eastside offers instruction for PreK through 8th grade, with a multi-grade classroom set-up. Tuition is competitive with a multi-child discount. Students who graduate from Eastside typically move on to Covenant Christian High School. At Eastside, our mission is to teach covenant children to reflect the mind of Christ. Because we believe that God's covenant is with believers and their children, we view our students as children of God. In our instruction of students we seek to cultivate, nurture, and strengthen their love for the Lord and their desire to serve Him in all areas of life! Eastside is located on the grounds of First Protestant Reformed Church. While the school is run by the parents (not the church), we operate from the same doctrinal basis as First Protestant Reformed Church, using the infallible Scriptures as interpreted by the Three Forms of Unity to guide all of the instruction at Eastside. |
